Meatloaf

OK, so I need a recipe for meatloaf. Meatloaf is not a favorite meal of mine, it ranks right up there with sloppy joes for me (puke), but I can tolerate it. Wade LOVES meatloaf. It is like his favorite meal. When we lived in Indy/Cincy, I felt like I didn't have to make it since we were close enough to MIL that he could get it there when we visited. But since we are further away now, I feel like I should make it every once in awhile. So, I need a recipe. It's not that hard, right? Hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, ketchup or salsa or somthing right? The other reason I don't like meatloaf is because it's gross to put together. Putting my hands in all that gunk is totally gross, but hey, the sacrifices we make as wives, right ;) So, back to the point - if you have a recipe that works around your house - can you e-mail it to me or post it as a comment or whatever is easiest? Thanks in advance - I will be sure to let you know how it comes out!

We love meatloaf around here and bonus-- you can always make an extra one & freeze and bake later. I HATE touching raw meat at all, so you can guarantee that I never touch my raw meatloaf. I mix up in a bowl (Pampered Chef batter bowl to be exacty), stir with a spatula (PC Scraper) and can turn it out of the bowl into a loaf! Enjoy:
1.5 lb. GB
1C milk
1T worcestershire
1t chopped fresh or 1/4t dried sage
1/2t salt
1/2t ground mustard
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/4 C diced onion
1/4 C diced green pepper (optional)

Heat oven to 350. Mix all. Shape into 9x5 loaf. Spread ketchup over top and bake for 1 - 1.25 hours. I sometimes will add more ketchup while it's baking.

Here's the recipe that's been passed down to me from my mom, so it doesn't have a lot of exact measurements, but it's pretty simple and I think it's good.

Beat one egg. Add some parsley flakes and dried minced onion. Tear up one or two slices of bread and add to the egg mixture until it's a gooey consistency. Add about 1/4 cup of catsup (I prefer salsa to get in added veggies) Add 1 lb. raw hamburger. Shape mixture into a loaf and put on baking pan line with aluminum foil. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
